Het Valentín Star Hotel ligt in het zuidoosten van het rustige eiland Menorca. Het ligt in Cala'n Bosch, tegenover het zoutwatermeer waaraan het gebied zijn naam dankt. Het is in 2005 volledig gerenoveerd en veranderd in een modern en elegant uitgerust viersterrenhotel met een vertrouwde en gezellige sfeer. Het Valentín Star Hotel heeft een tuin, in het centrum is er een zwembad met jacuzzi en nog veel meer te bieden. Het hotelcomplex beschikt over in totaal 208 kamers, waaronder standaard tweepersoonskamers, tweepersoonskamers met uitzicht op het zwembad en superior tweepersoonskamers verdeeld over slechts 2 verdiepingen die een brede en open sfeer uitstralen.
