Het Hotel-Restaurant „Aia de Vento” is prachtig gelegen bovenop de Apulische heuvel met een prachtig uitzicht op de „Valle d'Itria”. Je voelt je helemaal ondergedompeld in de natuur terwijl je profiteert van alle gemakken van een uitstekend driesterrenhotel. De feestzalen zijn uitgerust met airconditioning en zijn onlangs gerenoveerd. Hotel „" Aia de Vento "” is trots op zijn feestzalen waar bijzondere aandacht wordt besteed aan de presentatie en het interieurontwerp voor speciale gelegenheden.” De twee grootste feestzalen bevinden zich op twee verschillende verdiepingen en hebben een capaciteit van 200-300 personen, een kleinere feestzaal is exclusief voor het vermaak van hotelgasten.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
