Das Hotel Monte Rosa verfügt über 64 Zimmer. „Superior-Zimmer“ Alle kürzlich renoviert, bieten geräumigere Unterkünfte, von denen einige über einen Balkon verfügen. Einige Zimmer sind auch mit einem Schlafsofa und einer ausgewählten Anzahl von Zimmern mit Blick auf die mittelalterliche Burg von Chiavari (Genua) zusammen mit den darunter liegenden Gärten oder mit Blick auf das historische Stadtzentrum verfügbar. Das Hotel bietet auch einen Tagungs- und Bankettraum für 20 bis 200 Personen.

When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
