If a contracted group cancels or changes event dates after the agreement has been signed, this promotional offer will be void. Sunday room rate discounts are subject to availability and may vary based on occupancy levels. Upgraded room types may include rooms with two (2) queen beds. Suites are excluded unless specifically contracted in writing. The one-hour reception includes the hotel’s selection of beer and wine.
To qualify for dinner discounts, a minimum of two (2) dinners must be contracted and actualized. If any contracted dinner is canceled, all associated discounts will be forfeited. Taxes and service charges are not included and will be applied as applicable. All resort amenities will be available to the group, notwithstanding the waiver of the resort fee.
