Yes, Re-usable water bottles, plastic straws and stirrers replaced with eco-friendly alternatives offered on request by 2021. Working to replace branded plastic pens with pencils or recyclable pens. Giveaway sweets are wrapped in wood-based foil wrappers

Yes, The hotel follows Diversey recommended cleaning agent on headboards and washing room linen and bathroom as before but at increased temperatures (at least 60-70 degree celsius) and placing pillows and duvets through hot drying cycle after check out.
