The Sibarite Terme SPA are located in a small town (Cassano Allo Ionian) from the rich and fascinating past, of which traces still remain evident in the remains of the city of Sybaris and in the treasures preserved in the Museum of Sybaris. In 1952 the joint-stock company Terme Sibarite bought the entire complex now abandoned and began to carry out scientific research in order to permanently adjust a study about the potential chemical, biological and therapeutic spa. The The Sibarite Terme has 76 rooms equipped with telephone, TV and air conditioning, including 8 rooms for motion-impaired, that directly access the rehabilitation department by lift. The restaurant offers traditional cuisine, typical of our area.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
