The Centre is introducing exciting new packages and we would like to invite you to have a look. You will find that our Day Delegate Packages starts from just £31.50 plus VAT per person. This price includes lunch, three servings of tea and coffee as well as the room hire complete with all the equipment necessary for you event. We can also offer competitive 24hr DD rates, working in partnership with nearby hotels. The Centre also provides a vibrant and inspiring setting for all corporate and private events. We have a versatile selection of meeting rooms designed to cater for business conferences, exhibition, boardroom meetings, training seminars, product launches, dinners, lunches and much more. In addition, private reception areas are also able to suit groups of all sizes for both social and corporate gatherings. free performances every day at lunch time and evenings for your delegates to enjoy. two balconies of exhibition to explore located in the heart of Cardiff Bay adjascent to the Welsh Assembly and within walking distance of the "Dr Who Experience" exhibition. Cancellation Policy

4. Cancellation by You 4.1. If you cancel the event you must notify us in writing prior to the event. 4.2. If you cancel the event in accord with clause 4.1 the Centre will endeavour to rehire the event facilities allocated to you. 4 – 12 weeks prior to the event W the Centre will retain 50% of the total contracted value 2 – 4 weeks prior to the event the Centre will retain 75% of the total contracted value Less than 2 weeks prior to the event the Centre will retain 100% of the total contracted value. the Centre will remain entitled to retain 100% of total hire charge but will deduct any hire income which we are able to generate for an alternative corresponding hire. 4.3. If you cancel after the time specified in clause 4.2 you will be unconditionally liable for the full hire fee plus any costs the Centre have incurred regarding your event. ( ie Outside hires )
