Hotel Gatto Bianco is situated in the heart of Capri & is a veritable oasis of tranquility, where, in no time at all, guests feel as if they are in their very own elegant island home. It boasts a prime position right in the center of Capri and just steps away from the legendary Piazzetta, on the town’s Via Vittorio Emanuele, street famous for its luxury boutiques and exclusive night-time venues. Hotel Gatto Bianco conserves the appeal of the stylish island dwellings of the 1950s, combined with ultra modern services and the maximum in contemporary comfort. The magical atmosphere of the Dolce Vita of Capri lives on; in the spacious salons, the floors of which paved in exquisite majolica tiles; on the terraces immersed in the green of the gardens; and in the romantic bedrooms decorated in the soft pastel tones of the flowers indigenous to the island Capri. The spacious, light-filled rooms and suites are tastefully decorated in accordance with the traditional Caprian style of the building.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.

This new way of discovering a city via a walking tour with various challenges is a great way to learn about its history and discover its layout. Simple And Fun Each Tourist Scavenger Hunt is around 40 steps, 2-3 hours in duration on a 3-4km circuit which brings you back to the start.
