About us

Paradisus Palma Real Golf & Spa Resort offers a beachfront setting in Punta Cana combined with the scale, flexibility, and personalized service needed for successful corporate meetings, incentives, conferences, and group programs. Located just 20 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport, the resort provides an easy-to-access Caribbean destination where attendees can combine productive business sessions with memorable leisure experiences. With 600 luxurious suites, 11 pools, 10 signature restaurants, and 11 bars, the resort offers a wide range of options for groups, from executive retreats and incentive programs to large corporate events. Groups can also elevate the guest experience with The Reserve, offering exclusive accommodations, personalized concierge service, exclusive beach and pool areas, and enhanced experiences. Meeting & Event Space: Designed to accommodate both intimate meetings and large-scale programs, features 32,694 sq. ft. of flexible meeting and event space across 14 breakout rooms. The resort can accommodate events of different sizes and formats, including conferences, conventions, seminars, corporate celebrations, and incentive programs. The Grand Bávaro offers 10,240 sq. ft. of event space with theater capacity for up to 750 guests, while Bávaro VI provides 16,720 sq. ft. and theater capacity for up to 1,290. In addition to indoor meeting facilities, planners can utilize outdoor venues including Plaza Colonial, gardens, and beachfront spaces, creating opportunities for receptions, dinners, team celebrations, and memorable group experiences.
