Any rooms released above the 20% allowed will be charged 40% of the net room revenue cancelled. • Between 65 – 59 days prior to scheduled arrival date, the current group block may be reduced by 10% of the remaining groups’ room block without damage. Any rooms released above 10% allowed will be charged 60% of the net room revenue cancelled. • Between 61 - 31 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the current group block may be reduced by 5% from the remaining group`s room block, without damages. Any rooms released above the 5% allowed will be charged 80% of the net room revenue cancelled. Within 30 days or less prior to the scheduled arrival date, the current group block may be reduced by 0% without damage.
