Alle Einrichtungen befinden sich im ersten Stock und sind über eine Treppe oder einen Aufzug zugänglich. Die großen und kleinen Säle sind miteinander verbunden und können für eine Vielzahl von Veranstaltungen genutzt werden, von Live-Musik über Comedy, Vorträge, Handwerksmessen, Konferenzen, Hochzeiten und vieles mehr.
