Chi siamo
Founded in 1975, we are Australia's second oldest contemporary art space. We run a program of exhibitions and events featuring emerging and established local, national, and international artists. Our program takes in aspects of the moving image, sound art, and new music. We hire out our gallery spaces for functions, parties, product launches, fashion shows, and corporate entertaining. Our beautiful well-appointed venue has over 900 square metres of floor plus an external courtyard. Located at the Judith Wright Centre of Contemporary Arts in Brisbane's trendy Fortitude Valley, we are within walking distance of the CBD, Fortitude Valley, and James Street, with convenient bus and train access and nearby car parking buildings. We can accommodate up to 500 guests and our spaces can be sectioned off to accommodate smaller groups. Our competitive rates are based on the number of guests, the space required and the timing and duration of the hire.
