Safety Information

Cancellation Policy

Summer Policy A one-night deposit is required to secure this reservation. Cancelations received outside of 3 days to arrival will be refunded, less a $35 cancellation processing fee. Any cancellations or reductions of stay less than 3 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit the one night deposit. Ski Season Policy A two-night deposit is required to secure this reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. If the stay is cancelled prior to 30 days to arrival, a $100 processing fee is applied and the balance of the deposit refunded. A cancelation within 30 days of the arrival date is fully non-refundable. *Cancellation policies can be negotiated in contract.
