The Hynes Convention Center is named after John B. Hynes who was mayor of Boston between 1950 and 1960. The Convention Center is located in Boston's Back Bay near Beacon Hill. Hynes Convention Center is also known as the Boston Convention Center. This convention center is very large by any measure and can accommodate up to four large events simultaneously.
