Pets on the first floor of the lodge only. Chetola Resort is a smoke-free facility.

Our lodge offers a flexible 3-day cancelation policy. This cancelation policy allows for guests to cancel 3 days prior to the date of arrival with no penalty. Our condominiums have a 21-day cancelation policy. Guests must cancel 21 days prior to their date of arrival to avoid any cancelation fee. These policies may change depending on the groups needs.

The charm and elegant ambience of the historic Timberlake's Restaurant, serving the finest in mountain cuisine, as well as the warmth of Headwater's Pub, serving cocktails, fine wines, domestic and imported beers, specialty coffees and a menu offering lighter fare, is beyond explanation and can only be experienced. Our full service spa features top-of-the-line products and will have you feeling refreshed and rejuvinated.
