Sawatch Hall I - McCoy’s Peak

McCoy's Peak is the southeast terminus of the McCoy Range that lies adjacent the western edge of the Parker Valley in a southern stretch of the Lower Colorado River Valley corridor. The largest of the three sections of Sawatch Hall, McCoy Peak provides 3,717 sq. ft with floor to ceiling windows, natural light, a door leading to a 5,000 sq. ft. outdoor patio, and built-in bar perfect for general sessions and meals for up to 250 people comfortably.
