Payment Policy Within 14 days of signing a contract: To confirm a booking, a 50% deposit of the total contract amount is due. 60 days prior to arrival: To finalise a booking, the remaining 50% of the total contract amount is due. Cancellation / Postponement Policy Between booking and up to 60 days prior to arrival: Should the entire booking be cancelled or postponed a fee equal to 10% of the total contract amount will be charged. Up until 60 days prior to arrival for non-exclusive use groups only we will allow a reduction of up to 20% of the group block, with no penalty. Less than 60 days prior to arrival: Cancelling or postponing the entire booking will incur a fee that is equal to 100% of the total contract amount. Postponement and date amendments will be considered as cancellations, unless otherwise approved by Baillie Lodges management, and will be subject to availability and sufficient notice period.
