Who we are Undoubtedly tongue in cheek, the word "Phuc" actually means "blessings and prosperity." Fueled by old school hip hop, graffiti and a love for life, Zapata and Meinhold's rendition of Vietnamese cuisine is deeply inspired by family recipes as well as the flavors of the Mekong, but fused with their personal experiences and cooking styles. The food is distinctly 'theirs', vibrant, bold and layered. Half Colombian, half Viet, this is not your classic Viet spot. It’s next level Vietnamese; we have created our own style and flow. Phuc Yea’s culinary inspiration is a mash up of Meinhold’s ethnic heritage and Zapata’s culinary background. Ani, as Meinhold is known, is Vietnamese on her mother’s side and many of the classic recipes on the menu stem from family recipes and traditions. Leave your expectations at the door - no pho, no noodles, 100% conceptual. Today, Phuc Yea has matured and found its brick-and-mortar home in the heart of Miami's MiMo district, an historically designated neighborhood famous for its Art Deco architectural style. Built in the former Sir Williams Hotel, Phuc yea sprawls the first level of the building. The space is separated into three areas, a more sophisticated setting offers a lush lobby lounge anchored by a 15' raw bar just at the main entrance of the space perfectly set for oysters and cocktails, speakeasy-esque dining room with private and semi private dining zones are located in the mezzanine level, and the Lantern Garden during the cooler months is in the rear patio. Decor is a combination of mid-century modern sleekness, street art and traditional Asian accents.

The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort is pleased to share an exciting enhancement journey, representing a $25 million soft renovation designed to elevate the timeless luxury and modern glamour of our iconic oceanfront sanctuary. Guestrooms & Suites Our transformation begins within our suites, where new custom-designed carpets have already been installed in both rooms and corridors. By the end of December, all suites will be fully refreshed. This includes: Newly curated furnishings, including bespoke chairs and sofas Updated drapery and sheers with upgraded motorized systems Enhanced outdoor living spaces with new balcony furniture and cushions Refinishing of in-room woodwork to restore its original luster La Gourmandise & Outdoor Terrace La Gourmandise now features beautifully updated carpeting, with a full redesign of the adjacent outdoor terrace underway. The existing turf is being replaced with an elegant new tile pattern, complemented by refreshed furnishings. Completion is anticipated by the end of 2026. Ocean View & Astor Ballrooms Our Ocean View Ballroom has been completely revitalized with: New wall coverings and architectural finishes Updated doors and drapery A sophisticated lighting and ceiling redesign Luxurious carpeting throughout The Astor Ballroom will also receive new carpet by April, completing its elevated new look. Pools & Oceanfront Experience To enhance our poolside haven, we have introduced: Brand-new umbrellas with an exclusive design New sun loungers arriving by the end of January Updated villa furnishings, including loungers, tables, and chairs, by the end of March Meeting & Event Venues All ballrooms and conference spaces will be fully refreshed by the first quarter, ensuring an inspiring environment for gatherings of every scale.
