CANCELLATION POLICY: EVENT All cancellations must be received in writing and the following terms are applicable; a) Deposit is forfeited. If you have credit with the Hotel you may not be required to pay a deposit, however if you cancel the event there will be a cancellation charge. b) More than thirty (30) days notice; unless otherwise specified in the event order the deposit will be forfeited. c) Between seven (7) and thirty (30) business days notice; in addition to the deposit (which will be forfeited) you must pay an additional 50% of the estimated function charge. d) Less than seven (7) business days notice; in addition to the deposit (which will be forfeited) you must pay an additional 100% of the estimated function charge. e) The hotel, at its discretion, may waive part of the cancellation fee if the function room is rebooked. ACCOMMODATION A rooming list stating arrival and departure dates of individual guests is required 14 days prior to the event date, together with billing instructions including personal expenses such as mini bar and telephone calls. Additional reservations can be made up until arrival time but availability cannot be guaranteed. Cancellation or release of rooms: a) 90 - 61 days prior to arrival 20% of the room block may be released without incurring any penalties. Any cancellations greater than 20% of room block will incur 50% of the rate of additional rooms cancelled. b) 60-31 days prior to arrival 10% of remaining rooms may be cancelled. In excess of this amount a cancellation fee equal to one night’s accommodation rate per room cancelled will apply. c) 30 days prior to arrival: Full cancellation fees apply for all room night’s cancelled. d) 10 days prior to arrival Any rooms not rooming listed will be released with full cancellation fees payable. All cancellations/amendments must be received in writing.

Guest rooms also feature private balconies, floor to ceiling windows and oversized bathrooms with separate rain showers and deep soaking bathtubs.
