About us

Das Hotel Salera liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend nördlich von Asti und ist seit Jahrzehnten ein Wahrzeichen, das seit Jahrzehnten sehr wichtig ist, um die Atmosphäre der Stadt zu genießen. Es ist von beiden Autobahnen aus leicht zu erreichen und bietet seinen Kunden einen großen privaten Parkplatz für Autos und Busse. Für Geschäftstreffen, Konferenzen, Geschäftsveranstaltungen, Tagungen aller Art verfügen wir über 6 Tagungsräume in verschiedenen Größen für bis zu 300 Personen mit der erforderlichen Ausrüstung für jede Veranstaltung.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
