Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy – Group size 1-9 people: For cancellations made 14 or more days prior to a scheduled booking there is no cancellation fee. For cancellations made 13 - 8 days prior to a scheduled booking, 50% of total costs will be charged. For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to a scheduled booking, 100% of total costs will be charged. Cancellation policy – Group size 10+ people: Cancellations between signing and 60 days prior to arrival Free of charge. Cancellations between 60 days and 30 days prior to arrival 75% of the total cancelled revenue will be charged. Cancellations 1 month or less prior to arrival / no shows / early departures 100% of the total cancelled revenue will be charged
