当会場について

The Blu Hotel Kaos is located in a huge luxuriant garden of 5 hectares at only 3 km far from the beach. It has a beautiful view over the Mediterrean Sea and it is close to the house of the famous Italian writer Luigi Pirandello. The hotel was once the house of an ancient family belonging to the nobilty of Agrigento and it has been restored with the aim of offering accommodation facilities. Thanks to its strategic location, guests will have the possibility of easily reaching the Valley of the Temples, at only 2 km. It offers numerous facilities: a large external swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas, a bar where guests could relax in the sunny days. The hotel has an elegant congress hall for high level meetings and banquets as well making it a perfect place to be at.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
