A hotel in Catania that is ready to greet and embrace you with a style that not many other hotels have been known to do. There is a new and fresh look to Grand Hotel Baia Verde thanks to new modern yet, timeless renovations that have been made to the rooms, finishes and furnishings interior and exterior of the hotel. The Grand Hotel Baia Verde offers the possibility of organizing meetings, conferences, congresses and incentives of guaranteed success, ensuring complete and exceptional service. There are eleven halls, beginning with those for small meetings with few guests, to large auditoriums that can accommodate up to 300; all rooms are also equipped with natural light, Wi-Fi and the latest in audio visual equipment.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
