The AbanoRitz is rich in ambience and atmosphere created by the generations of the Poletto Family who have been extending their hospitality daily with all the presence of mind and attention that comes from such enthusiasm and expertise. 56 Double rooms, each one with sitting room–verandah, some with terrace (29 non-smoking rooms - 6 no-moquette rooms for allergy sufferers with hypoallergenic pillows and mattresses, 5 pet-friendly rooms) 2 Rooms equipped for diversely-enabled users. 48 Single rooms, most with French beds (“large for one, narrow for two”) 8 Suites and junior suites. 4 Special design rooms. 8 Privilege rooms. The AbanoRitz hotel is equipped for larger (Sala azzurra) and smaller business and private meetings (Sala Specchi).

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
