---An inspiring venue in the heart of nature, near ’s-Hertogenbosch--- De Ruwenberg is a 14th-century castle estate set in 14 hectares of parkland, just outside ’s-Hertogenbosch. With 196 hotel rooms, 40 modern meeting spaces and exclusive-use wings, the venue is ideally suited for multi-day international business events, such as strategy sessions, team meetings, trainings, product launches, or corporate retreats. Our 4 hotel wings each include a private lounge, terrace and block of hotel rooms – available for exclusive reservation to ensure privacy and focus. The 40 meeting rooms, excisting of16 plenary rooms and 24 discussion rooms are fully equipped for hybrid meetings, live streaming and video conferencing. In addition to its extensive indoor facilities, De Ruwenberg also offers numerous outdoor options – from walking meetings and teambuilding activities to food truck festivals, barbecues and boat trips to the historic city centre of ’s-Hertogenbosch. Guests have full access to sports and wellness facilities including a swimming pool, sauna, gym, tennis and squash courts, and a driving range. All-inclusive packages cover accommodation, meals, meeting rooms and leisure facilities, with sustainability assured through our Green Key Gold and IACC Green Star Platinum certifications. Conveniently located near the A2 motorway and 20 minutes from Eindhoven Airport, De Ruwenberg is also within 1 hour of Amsterdam Schiphol and 1.5 hours from Brussels and Düsseldorf. Cancellation policy De Ruwenberg In accordance with UVH policy: - Up to 6 months before arrival: No costs - Between 6-3 months before arrival: 10% of total amount - Between 3-2 months before arrival: 15% of total amount - Between 2 months and 1 month before arrival: 35% of total amount - Between 1 month and 14 days before arrival: 60% of total amount - Between 14-7 days before arrival: 85% of total amount - From 7 days before arrival: 100% of total amount
