如果在包租前發生機械問題，並且船隻無法航行，Oceanogo 有限公司將提供另一艘類似品質的船隻或為預訂方安排重新安排。如果預訂單人選擇取消行程，將獲發全額退款。 所有船隻均受到第三方風險的保險。乘客對自己的個人安全以及攜帶任何物品的安全負責。Oceanogo 有限公司對於登機、航程或下船期間的損害、盜竊或人身傷害概不承擔任何責任。 如果在預訂時間前兩小時發出熱帶氣旋警告信號 3 號或發出黑色暴雨警告，Oceangogo 有限公司會在預訂單方協議自動推遲到未來的日期。只有在上述規定情況下才能重新安排包車日期。如果預訂方因雨、颱風氣旋警告信號 1 號、雷電警告、琥珀色或紅色暴雨警告或任何其他惡劣天氣情況而取消包車服務，所有已支付的款項（包括初始押金）將被沒收。 如在預訂的接機時間前兩小時更改較高的熱帶氣旋警告為 1 號信號或紅色暴雨警告，則原始航程將繼續。租船人在航程期間應與本公司保持聯繫。 如在航程中發出 3 號熱帶氣旋警告信號，或發出琥珀色或黑色暴雨警告，基於安全起見，包機將不遲返回下車點或其他避難地點。預訂方不能為未使用的時間獲得補償，也不能重新安排包車。
