The modern all-day dining restaurant Saltz, designed by artist Rolf Sachs and awarded 15 GaultMillau points, impresses with international cuisine by chef Julian Mai, who focuses on regional and sometimes exotic ingredients. At the Japanese Mikuriya (16 GaultMillau points), you can experience a unique Omakase journey.
