8.1 Any cancellation or postponement must be confirmed in writing, the date of receipt by RHH being the date RHH will use as the cancellation date. Any cancellation fees will be based on the noted schedule below. Cancellation terms are: 8.2 Less than 28 days before the date of the Event: 100% of contracted total cost. 8.3 29-90 days before the date of the Event: 75% of contracted total cost. 8.4 91-180 days before the date of the Event: 50% of contracted total cost. 8.5 180+ days prior to the date of the Event: 20% of contracted total cost. 8.6 The deposit/cancellation charge will not be available as credit for a future Event or expenditure at RHH. The above is based on all pre-booked services booked by You and includes, but is not limited to, accommodation, breakfast, function rooms, all meals, drinks and other ancillary charges. 8.7 Any further sales recovered by RHH after a confirmed cancellation will be discussed with You, however any adjustment to the account will be at the sole discretion of the Directors of RHH. 8.8 RHH may cancel the booking at any time without obligation to You in any of the following circumstances: 8.9 If RHH or any part of the estate is closed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 8.10 If You become bankrupt or insolvent or enter into liquidation or have an administrator or receiver appointed over all or a substantial part of Your assets. 8.11 If You fail to meet the deposit requirements for any part of Your Event. 8.12 If RHH in its sole discretion believes the booked Event, or You, might prejudice the reputation of the RHH. 8.13 If RHH is sold and the new Owner refuses, or is unable, to honour Your Booking. 8.14 If RHH cancels the booking, a full refund of any monies paid in respect of the Event will be given, either by a direct transfer, refund to the valid credit / debit card used to make the Booking or cheque, issued through RHH registered office. The preferred payment method for the refund will always be the payment method used to make the original payment. 8.15 You may postpone Your Event on one occasion only to a date within 365 days of the original booking date, subject to availability. In the event of a postponement cancellation charges, as set out above will apply to any subsequent cancellation as if the Event had not been postponed. RHH accept no liability for non-availability of dates should You wish to postpone Your Event.

On site you’ll find the resort’s excellent restaurant, Blossoms, plus an array of leisure activities including crazy golf, pitch & putt and a brand new wellness centre offering relaxation and treatments. In addition, this lakeside hotel boasts an indoor swimming pool with sauna and steam room and a state of the art gym.

Wooden stirrers, paper straws and recyclable takeaway cups. No single use plastics in accommodation.
