The Meliá Valencia is located in one of the most important and dynamic areas of Valencia, near the Congress Centre in the Avenida de les Corts Valencianes. Meliá Valencia is the perfect option for business and leisure travelers. Meliá Valencia also has excellent access to the major city bus lines, metro station, tram stop and taxi rank. A unique location in Valencia that allows you to reach both the AVE high speed train station and Manises International Airport, as well as anywhere else in the city in a matter of minutes. With 303 rooms on 29 floors, Melia Valencia is the highest building in the city of Valencia and enjoys spectacular views from its rooms. All the rooms are comfortable, bright and outward facing. This hotel also offers a convention centre with 25 rooms and capacity for up to 700 people. Unique spaces: Cocktail Bar Varsovia, The Level Lounge on the 26th floor, Spa and wellness area, outdoor swimming pool and a gym.

The Lonja is an emblematic building of the city and one of the most famous civil gothic monuments in Europe. It was declared a National Historic and Artistic Monument in July1931 and was made a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in December 1996. The Lonja is located in the centre of the city - in front of the Central Market and the Temple of Santos Juanes - and occupies a rectangular area of 1.990 square metres. At the end of the 13th century, as a result of the prosperity in Valencia at the time, the old Lonja became insufficient and it was decided to build a new Exchange.
