By public transport: From the airport At “Terminal 1” take the S-Bahn line “8” or “9” towards “Hanau”. Get off at the “Ostendstraße/Europäische Zentralbank” stop (7th stop). Take the “Hanauer Landstraße/Allerheiligen Tor” exit and then walk straight ahead for about 100 meters until you see the mainhaus Stadthotel. From the main station You can take all S-BAHN LINES towards the city center/city. The fourth exit is the stop “Ostendstraße/European Central Bank”. Take the exit “Hanauer Landstraße/Allerheiligen Tor”. From there it is about 100 meters to the hotel. You can also take TRAM LINE 11 in the direction of “Fechenheim/Schießhüttenstraße”. From the station forecourt, it is six stops to the “Allerheiligentor” station. The stop is next to the hotel. By car Please enter “Allerheiligentor 1, 60311 Frankfurt” into your navigation device.

Cancellation Policy

The customer may only withdraw from the contract concluded with the hotel if a right of withdrawal was expressly agreed in the contract, another statutory right of withdrawal exists or if the hotel expressly agrees to the cancellation of the contract. The agreement of a right of withdrawal and any consent to the cancellation of the contract must be made in writing. If a date for free withdrawal from the contract has been agreed between the hotel and the customer, the customer can withdraw from the contract up to that date without triggering any payment or compensation claims by the hotel. The customer’s right of withdrawal expires if he does not exercise his right of withdrawal vis-à-vis the hotel by the agreed date. If a right of withdrawal has not been agreed or has already expired, there is also no legal right of withdrawal or termination and the hotel does not agree to a cancellation of the contract, the hotel retains the right to the agreed remuneration despite non-use of the service. The hotel must take into account the income from renting the rooms to other parties and the expenses saved. If the rooms are not rented to other parties, the hotel can deduct a flat rate for saved expenses. In this case, the customer is obliged to pay at least 90% of the contractually agreed price for overnight accommodation with or without breakfast and for package arrangements with third-party services, 70% for half-board and 60% for full-board arrangements. The customer is free to provide evidence that the aforementioned claim did not arise or did not arise to the required amount.
