Hotel La Valle is located in the ancient and characteristic town of Cutigliano. The whiteness of the snow and the greenness of the woods, plus the quiet and uncontaminated nature of the Montagna Pistoiese (Pistoiese Mountains) constitute the background of the 27 rooms of Hotel La Valle, all furnished with great care, typical of family management, up-to-date and welcoming at the same time. The Restaurant of the Hotel La Valle is open to our hotel guests and also available, through booking, for receptions, banquets and work dinners at various and convenient prices.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
