Cancellation Policy

If and event is canceled for any reason less than thirty (30) business days prior to the scheduled date, Caterer will be subject to damages which would be difficult to calculate with certainty, and you therefore agree to pay liquidated damages as a reasonable approximation of Caterer's actual damages, as set forth below: If your Cancellation Date is between 14 and 30 business day prior to the event date: *Liquidated Damages = $50 Cancellation Fee. Less than 14 business days prior to the event date: *Liquidated Damages = $250 Cancellation Fee. If event is rebooked within 30 business days there will be no charges or cancellation fee.
