Metro Transit The regional Metro Transit is a fixed route bus service that runs throughout the cities of Kalamazoo, Portage and Parchment, as well as the townships of Comstock, Oshtemo and Kalamazoo, and serves Kalamazoo/Battle Creek International Airport, Western Michigan University and Kalamazoo Valley Community College. Metro Transit also operates curb-to-curb para-transit service. Fixed route bus service runs Monday through Saturday from 6 AM to 10:15 PM, while Western Michigan University service runs Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 10 PM.
