Creating collaborative solutions: community housing providers and older women forum
Older women—those aged 55 and over— are the fastest growing cohort of people experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity. This trend is likely to continue with the ongoing shortage of affordable housing, the ageing population and the significant gap in wealth accumulation between men and women across their lifetimes.

This event is an opportunity for community housing providers and older women in South East Queensland to come together on shared housing solutions, understand each other’s needs, and work together in the context of growth plans and projects.

Date: Friday 10th September 2021
Location: Royal on the Park, 152 Alice Street Brisbane
Times: 12:00pm Lunch followed by 1:00pm - 4:30pm consultation session
Cost: Free. Learn more or register here.
