Rehab usually means packing your bags for a short or long stay somewhere, but NOT with our group day program.

Ready to make a change?

Group Day Rehabilitation Programs provide an opportunity to build a network of support and learn from others as you are guided by a professional counsellor to address issues related to drug and alcohol dependencies, without having to live-in or stay overnight.

Our group Day Rehab program is run on weekdays over three weeks, with individual preparation provided if you need it. Over the course of the program, our alcohol and drug support involves:

  • Group therapy sessions
  • Case management
  • Education and information
  • Practical tools and strategies
  • Health, nutrition and life skills
  • Wellbeing and mindfulness
  • Counselling and support
  • Referrals, advocacy and access to ongoing support in the community.

After completing the Group Day Rehabilitation Program, follow up support is available, further helping you move towards your goals. We also have a number of services and options available for you to suit whatever fits you and your needs.
